Ticket Details Header

The top header section contains the following information: ticket number and address.

The address is the address assigned to the ticket in the Tempest Ticket Maintenance program.

• To view details about the address, next to Address, press the address link. The Property Details page appears.
• To view the address on a map, press the map button. The property is shown in the map application you configured on the Settings page.

Offender

This section shows the name and address of the offender as entered on the ticket in the Tempest Ticket Maintenance program.

Offence

This sections hows details of the offence as entered on the ticket in the Tempest Ticket Maintenance program. It includes bylaw number and descriptions, bylaw section, officer number and name, offence date, respond by date, and financial information, including fine amount, payments, adjustments, discounts, and current balance.

Comments and Workflows

This section lists all workflow items and comments as entered on the ticket in the Tempest Ticket Maintenance program.
